Wasserwerks: How long have you been involved in the VW/Audi hobby?

Roy Enos: About 10 years

WW: What first got your interest in these types of cars?

RE: A friend from high school sold me his 89 2.0 8v track beast GTi ( that used to spank my 360whp Camaro on road courses ) and I've been hooked ever since

WW: What cars do you presently own?

RE: Euro/Retro '83 Rabbit, '77 Rabbit, A2 VR6 coupe, and a B5.5 30V 4motion Passat wagon

WW: What cars do you wish you owned?

RE: Hmm, where do I start? A 993 GT2 Evo, 997 GT3 RS, Ferrari 288 GTO, 03 RS6 Avant (gotta have something for the kids), and a Golf Rallye for good measure. But since most of these cars were never sold here, and I'm no millionare, I can only wish for them.
 

WW: What cars do you wish you still owned?

RE: That's an easy one, my '95 GLX. I'm actually in the process of tracking this car down, and I'm getting pretty close to hopefully getting it back into my collection (fingers crossed)
 

WW: What do you like to do with your car(s) (show/race/etc.)?

RE: Mostly show them
 

WW: What are your future plans for your car(s)?

RE: The '83 Rabbit is probably going to get an engine swap soon (most likely a 1.8t). The '77 Rabbit is getting a pair of Webers for the 2.0 16v. The VR6 coupe I'm getting preparred for a re-spray and some new wheels, and will most likely be sold soon after. And the Passat I'm not allowed to touch (it's the family car, oh well).

WW: What other hobbies do you have?

RE: Aside from spending time with my family, I like to go to events at Lime Rock, mess around with my nitro r/c car, and hit as many VW shows as I can.
